Yummy-li-cious "Abacus"

We went back to help parents with the making of "abacus".
One of Hakka's delicacies!


It took us almost 3 hours to come up with these...
Steam yam, add water, add salt and use flour and loads of kneating
then making it into small rounds balls with a poke in the centre!
TaDah.......................



There are chinese dried sausages, dried shrimps, black fungus,
mushrooms, minced meat, tau gua... etc



and most importantly... dried cuttlefish and green onions!


Forgotten to take photos of the completed product!

Too hungry yah!
Will try to cook by myself and let you know the results! :P
