Little Captains at Play

We had this free Little Captains at Work session at Tampines Central CC today. They encouraged creativity within play - unstructured or structured play.

There are crafts stations, free play painting (more like graffiti to me), photo sessions with photos printed, role play in costumes, dough play (at 1:8 ratio mix baby oil:flour to have an all-day-occupied game for your kids... more fun than play dough), free balloons,  ukulele jamming... We didn't attend the parenting sessions though.

Chars had a full 2 hours play, returning to the dough play twice!

They knock out as soon as they reach home.

Nowadays we only have time for Charmaine when Charlotte is away for lessons.

Charlotte's P1 work requires a lot of attention from us hence Charmaine is usually left to watch TV. 

I heart love stories

I heart modern dramas with happy endings. I find i heart love stories most!

Maybe I needed more love...
